The District Nursing Team provide nursing care to patients in their home and give practical advice or assistance to patients, relatives and carers coping with illness at home. To contact them please telephone the surgery.
We also have a community matron and community wellbeing nurses who visit our housebound patients.
The Health Visitors visit families with young children at home to discuss all aspects of child care, especially in the first few weeks of the baby’s life and are also available in clinic sessions at the surgery.
